Por isso que nossa Justiça é tarda e falha. Condenado pelo furto de dois vales-transportes no valor de R$ 10,00, um cidadão conseguiu, ontem, suspender, cautelarmente, os efeitos da sentença, no Supremo Tribunal Federal. Dentro da sensatez humana, não há motivo nenhum que justifique que tal causa tenha aportado na mais alta instância da justiça nacional.
